Lagos governor, others inspect damaged infrastructure.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was earlier today joined by Governors and ministers from the south-west to access the level of damage caused by hoodlums in the state last week.

Following the shooting of #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki toll gate allegedly by men of the Nigeria Army, hoodlums had used the opportunity to steal and burn down properties within the state.

A list of some of the place that were vandalized include headquarters of a television station(TVC), the nation newspaper, police stations, banks, Automated teller Machines(ATMs), the palace of the Oba of Lagos, malls around the state, State run transport buses, the Lagos high court Igbosere, some private residences, amongst others.

On the governor’s entourage were Governors Kayode Fayemi(Ekiti), Seyi Makinde(Oyo), Gboyega Oyetola(Osun) and Rotimi Akeredolu(Ondo). The ministers included minister of industry, trade and investment, Adeniyi Adebayo and Babatunde Fashola, minister of works and housing.
